Relativity Fest 2017

LIE127948 - The Judicial Panel

Session Speakers
Session Description

Join us for the 2017 edition of the Annual Relativity Fest Judicial Panel as U.S. District Judge Nora Barry Fischer (W.D. Pa.), U.S. Magistrate Judge Andrew Peck (S.D.N.Y.), U.S. District Judge Xavier Rodriguez (W.D. Tex.), and moderator David Horrigan of Relativity return for another year to examine the latest legal developments in e-discovery. With international issues and the use of technology becoming more important in the law, for 2017 the panel will welcome guest jurist, Australian Justice Peter Vickery, who issued the 2016 McConnell Dowell Constructors v. Santam technology-assisted review (TAR) decision.

This session is being submitted for CLE accreditation.
